Losing your key or needing someone to open the hostel door for you can be stressful, but there's a simple process in place at UMPSA Pekan to assist you in such situations.
Here's a step-by-step guide on what to do:
1. Be Polite and Reach Out to Felo via Whatsapp:
- - Go to your hostel's Whatsapp group and contact the Felo.
- - Start your message with a polite greeting like "Encik XXX, saya [your name], penduduk [your room number]" and explain the purpose of your message.
- - Avoid spamming the Felo's Whatsapp and be patient while waiting for a response.
2. Meet Up Point for Store Room Key:
- - Once the Felo responds, they will direct you to a meet-up point where you will receive a store room key.
- - The store room is located at (follow the provided image for directions).
3. Retrieve Your Room Master Key:
- - Open the store room using the key provided and find your room's master key.
4. Return the Master Key:
- - After successfully opening the door, make sure to return the master key to the designated location as instructed by the Felo.
